Trash and Bash: Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have split up after about five years together. (--She's 43 . . . he's 34.) It was announced Friday, but it must have happened a while ago, because TMZ is reporting that Halle went to a divorce lawyer three weeks ago to start figuring out a custody agreement for their two-year-old daughter Nahla. The word is that they have a temporary agreement in place, until they work out all the details. (--There's no word yet on any financial settlements, either.) A so-called "source" says, quote, "She kicked him out months ago because he wasn't able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on." Gabriel issued the following statement on Saturday . . . quote, "I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time. "She is, and will forever be one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known, and I am certain that we will continue to have only love and respect for one another. "We have been blessed with the most amazing daughter in the world. Her happiness and well-being are the most important thing for both of us. Please respect our privacy during this very difficult time."
