Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers loses Twitter ‘bet’ after saying he'd wager his $39.5 million salary that MLB Milwaukee Brewers player Ryan Braun was clean!
It all went down on Feb. 23, 2012 when Rodgers answered one of his Twitter followers, who had a question about his BFF Braun. (See Tweets left)
Here's the convo by tweet on February 23.
Todd Sutton (@toddsutton) asked Rodgers: “ @AaronRodgers12 you really believe he didn't you PED's???? #delusional”
Rodgers responded: @toddsutton ya I'd put my salary next year on it. #ponyup #exonerated
Ryan Braun apparently had everyone fooled, even Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, who says he’d have bet his 2013 salary on the fact Braun was free of PEDs.
Now that the Milwaukee Brewer slugger has been exposed and suspended for (65 games) the rest of the season, for "violations of the Basic Agreement and it's Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program," according to a statement released by MLB, Rodgers has been very quiet on the matter.
