KENDALL B'S CT&B - THE ROCK'S GET PUMPED DIET
DWAYNE "THE ROCK" JOHNSON stars in the new "Hercules" movie, which comes out next Friday. He was jacked BEFORE he took the role, so he probably could've shown up on set, and everyone would've been fine with it.
Only he decided to lift weights non-stop and get even BIGGER. And if you haven't seen the photos of him, it worked.
He also posted his diet on Instagram, and for six months he ate the same seven meals every day. If you want to see each individual meal, they're all broken down online. But it's more impressive to just hear it all at once. Here's what he ate EVERY DAY . . .
A ten-ounce steak . . . an eight-ounce steak . . . two eight-ounce pieces of chicken . . . two eight-ounce pieces of halibut . . . two baked potatoes . . . five-and-a-half cups of white rice . . . some oatmeal . . . two cups of broccoli . . . two cups of asparagus . . . a salad . . . one ounce of pure protein . . . and FOURTEEN egg whites.
He explained on Instagram that he wanted his Hercules to be the DEFINITIVE version. Quote, "I only had one crack at making Hercules epic, so I committed."
