Last week, a 45-year-old woman in Agra, India named Neelam Sharma was found MURDERED in her home. Police didn't have any leads or any witnesses.
At least . . . they didn't have any HUMAN witnesses.
Neelam's husband noticed that whenever his nephew Ashutosh came to the house, his pet PARROT would start SCREECHING. And the parrot had never done that before.
So he told the cops, they started questioning Ashutosh, and he ended up CONFESSING to the murder. Apparently he'd planned to rob the house, but things went bad, so he killed her.
He also killed her DOG, who wouldn't stop barking at him . . . but apparently didn't think to murder the parrot.
