Trash and Bash: Back in April, we told you about STEVEN SEAGAL'S former assistant, 23-year-old Kayden Nguyen. (Nguyen is pronounced "Winn.") She was suing him for more than $1 MILLION for sexual assault . . . claiming he treated her like a, quote, "sex toy," he fondled her against her will, and that he trafficked women for sex. Her lawyers filed papers asking for the case to be dismissed. There's no word if she wants it dismissed because she got a SETTLEMENT . . . or if she just didn't want to pursue it anymore.
