General Rules
1. No purchase necessary. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

2. Eligibility.
"Contests” are sponsored by KS1075  and jointly sponsored by any entities providing prizes or entries (individually or collectively, "Sponsor(s)"). Contest is offered only to KS1075 VIP MEMBERS who are legal U.S. and Colorado residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. One winner per household. One winner per family. Prizes are non-transferable by winners. Employees of KS1075 , Lincoln Financial Media Company of Colorado, Lincoln Financial Media, Lincoln National Corporation, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. This contest is not open to other Denver metro Radio/TV station employees, and their immediate families, agencies and representatives. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this contest or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. All entry form information must be complete and accurate. Sponsors will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Winners of a major KS1075 contest (anything valued at over $600 within the past six months are not eligible).  KS1075 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules are not followed. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these contest rules, and you agree to abide all decisions of KS1075.

3. Entries.
KS1075 will not verify receipt of entries. Entries become property of KS1075 and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person. One winner per household. Incomplete entries are void. Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, damaged, undeliverable or delayed. Photocopied and mechanically generated entries are void. Entries generated by any automated means are void. Electronic and e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the applicable internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address.

4. Winning.
Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail. KS1075 is not responsible for incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, or out-of-service contact information. If KS1075 is unable, after making a reasonable effort, to contact a selected potential winner, that potential winner will be disqualified and a new potential winner will be selected from remaining entries.

5. Prizes and Odds of Winning.
All charges, fees, and costs not specifically included in the applicable prize descriptions are the responsibility of the respective prize winner and his or her guest if applicable. KS1075 reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes must be claimed by a specific date to be determined by KS1075. Prizes must be claimed at the KS1075 business office located at 7800 East Orchard Road, Suite  #400, Greenwood Village, CO. 80111- 4141. To claim prize, winners must provide a valid Colorado State issued Driver’s License or State Identification Card, except that winners under the age of 18 may tender other appropriate identification as determined in KS1075’s sole discretion. Prizes not claimed within 2 weeks of winning will be forfeited.

6. Terms and Conditions; Limitation of Liability.
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these contest rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these contest rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the contest will disqualify the entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension, or cancellation of the contest. Winners and entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the contest entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the prizes, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. By entering the contest or by winning, participants grant to the contest entities the right to publicize the participant’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. A parent or legal guardian of winners under the age of 18 will also be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release on behalf of the minor child. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate in all contest-related activities, including claiming the prize. Winner’s guest must execute a liability and publicity release prior to ticketing if applicable. KS1075 retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions of KS1075 are final and discretionary. In the event the selected winner(s) of the prize are/is ineligible or refuse(s) the prize or in the event the prize is forfeited for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and KS1075 , in their sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate winner from remaining entries. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern this contest, without regard to Colorado’s choice of law rules. The courts of Colorado shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these rules and/or this contest. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado. For prizes valued at $600 or greater, winner must provide his or her Social Security Number for tax purposes. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are responsibility of winner.

7. Disclaimer and Force Majeure.

Contest entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, facsimile, or cable lines and/or phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control—this includes, but is not limited to: a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, Internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone call, facsimile transmission, email transmission, or cable modem service, or other Internet interruptions or malfunctions or for technical difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of television or radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the contest or that may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the submission of an entry form; failures of or other problems relating to computer hardware, software, the Internet, or similar systems, including but not limited to difficulties relating to contestants’ ISP, DSL, or cable modem access, “worms,” or viruses; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the contest; (3) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entry forms; (4) cancellations, postponements, or delays; (5) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the contest entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the contest or to perform under these rules. Contest entities make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and contest entities specifically DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.

All federal, state and local regulations apply.

1.    DATES.
a.    These rules govern the KS1075 $50,000 Kash Kow Pin Code promotion (the “Promotion”) being conducted by KS1075 FM (the “Station”).  The Promotion will begin on September 12, 2011 at approximately 7:00am Mountain Time (MT) and will end on October 31, 2011 at approximately 7:59pm MT or until the $50,000 Grand Prize has been awarded, whichever occurs first.  The Station reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion.
2.    ELIGIBILITY
a.    The Promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 16 years of age or older and who reside in Colorado.  Employees, agents, successors and assignees of the Station, the Station’s licensee, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National Corporation, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, their advertising or promotional agencies, and participating sponsors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), other radio stations in the Denver-Boulder, Colorado metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win.  “Immediate family” members include spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and step-siblings.  No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Promotion.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
b.    Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Station upon request.  All entry information must be complete and accurate.  The Station will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry.  
c.    Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.  
3.    HOW TO ENTER
a.    To participate in the Promotion, listen to the Station weekdays at 7:00am MT, 9:00am MT, 1:00pm MT, 4:00pm MT and 7:00pm MT during the promotional window for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, the 107th caller to get through to the Station contest line at 303-228–1075 will be given the chance to play the contest by trying to guess the KS1075 $50,000 Kash Kow Pin Code Contest number (“Prize Number”).  At the time of their call, callers will be required to provide all information requested including their full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers, and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to win. Up to 150 callers (each, a “Contestant”) will be given the opportunity to play the contest.  The Station reserves the right to add more Contestants per day. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions, and any other technological difficulties that may prevent or interfere with an individual’s telephone call.  Due to delays in the Station’s online streaming of its broadcast signal, listeners to the online stream may not be able to participate in or may be disadvantaged in participating in on-air promotions; the Station is not responsible for these delays or for difficulty receiving or listening to the Station’s internet stream.
b.    Winner(s) may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize.
4.    PRIZE(S)
a.    Cash prizes will be awarded in the following four (4) amounts:  $107.50; $500; $1,000, and the $50,000 Grand Prize.  Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.  The total number of the other cash prizes to be awarded depend on the number of correct Contestant guesses.   The Station also may award optional supplemental prizes to Contestants following an on-air announcement prior to the cue to call.  The approximate retail value of each supplemental prize: $25 to $500.
b.    Winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize.  The prize is awarded as is, and the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the prize.
c.    All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below.  Winner(s) will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within ten (10) business days of notification of winning.  In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss.  The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.  
d.    There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and, unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.  If for whatever  reason the concert is cancelled, or not able to be completed, there will be no substitution.
5.    WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM
a.    Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.
b.    Each Contestant will be given one (1) chance to guess on air the 4 digits (each 0-9) that comprise the Prize number.  Total possible range for the Prize Number is 0000-9999.  The Prize Number will be a new randomly determined series of four digits for each Contestant.  
c.    If a Contestant guesses the first number correctly in sequential order that matches the Prize Number, the Contestant will win $107.50.
d.    If a Contestant guesses the first and second numbers correctly in sequential order that match the Prize Number, the contestant will win $500.
e.    If a Contestant guesses the first, second and third numbers correctly in sequential order that match the Prize Number, the contestant will win $1,000.
f.    If a Contestant guesses the first, second,  third and fourth numbers correctly in sequential order that match the Prize Number, the contestant will win the $50,000 Grand Prize.
g.    The Promotion will end immediately in the event of a Grand Prize winner.
h.    Odds of winning a prize depend on the number and order of valid entries (calls) received.
i.    Participants must listen to the Station for the cue to call to win.  
j.    Winner(s) must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release (if required) before claiming prize.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) business days of notification, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. No alternate prize is scheduled to be awarded.  Unless otherwise permitted by the Station, winner(s) must claim his or her prize in person, and a prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner.  A parent or legal guardian must accompany any minor children in all Promotion-related activities, and a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize and sign any requisite releases on behalf of the minor child.
6.    CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a.    Entrants and participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Promotion Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these official rules.  The laws of the State or Commonwealth in which the Station is licensed shall govern this Promotion, without regard to that jurisdiction’s choice of law rules.
b.    Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other commonly owned stations in the Station’s market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more.  Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize.  Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.
c.    By entering the Promotion, entrants and participants grant to the Promotion Entities the right to publicize the participant’s name, photograph, video, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law.
d.    WINNERS AND ENTRANTS AGREE, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE PROMOTION ENTITIES, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AND ALL OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF THIS PROMOTION, FROM ANY AND ALL TAX LIABILITY THAT MAY BE IMPOSED OR ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZES, AND FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, PROCEEDINGS, AND LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, FEES, INJURY OR LOSSES (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP, OR USE OF THE PRIZE OR WHILE TRAVELING TO, PREPARING FOR, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.
e.    Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station, in its sole discretion, may require Promotion winner (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s) over 18) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion.
f.    If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion.  If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.
g.    The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person not abiding by the official rules, or for tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station’s website.  Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in an entrant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes.  If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
h.    The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
i.    Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of The Station, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, as well as families and household members of the same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
j.    Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by The Station and the Station’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to The Station, its agents, promotional partners, or the Promotion winner(s).
7.    DISCLAIMER
a.    Promotion Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion are not responsible for:  (1) problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, facsimile, or cable lines and/or phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control, including, but not limited to, a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone call, facsimile transmission, email transmission, or cable modem service, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; failure of any entry to be received in whole or in part by Station due to technical problems, telephone service problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service; communications line, hardware and/or software failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, other communications malfunctions, unavailable network connections, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless service; damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Promotion, or damage to mobile phone or other PDA device or other internet interruptions or malfunctions or for technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Promotion or that may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the acquisition, completion or submission of an entry; failures of or other problems relating to computer hardware, software, the internet, or similar systems, including but not limited to difficulties relating to entrants’ ISP, DSL, or cable modem access, “worms,” or viruses or any other problems of any description or nature which may prohibit, prevent or interfere with the acquisition, completion or submission of any entry; (2) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administrations of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize; (3) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entry forms; (4) cancellations, postponements, or delays; (5) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the Promotion Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Promotion or to perform under these Rules.  In the event of any of the foregoing or in the event of an ownership or format change, Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify, or continue the Promotion, in its sole discretion.  Promotion Entities make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and PROMOTION ENTITIES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.
8.    RULES
