7/25 - Brent's Place and Kids Cure for Cancer
On Sunday, July 25th, Kathie J spoke with Sean Meyerhoffer from Brent’s Place about the Kids Cure for Cancer event happening in Washington Park. Brent's Place is a unique long-term housing facility in the Rocky Mountain region specifically designed for children whose immune systems are compromised as they are recovering from Bone Marrow Transplantation. Brent's Place can house these high-risk patients because of its specialized living environment that includes 'safe clean' apartments and common areas as well as support activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of caregivers, the patients and their siblings.  Hear some of the interview right now!
