On Monday, police were called to a Walmart in Taylor, Pennsylvania after they got reports of a man FLASHING.  But NOT flashing his junk like most male flashers.  No . . . this man was flashing his FULL, ROUND, FAKE BREASTS.

23-year-old Jeremy Owens of Old Forge, Pennsylvania seems to fit the description of a transsexual.

He's still male and hasn't had gender reassignment surgery, but he does have BREAST IMPLANTS.  And on Monday, he was flashing them at people at Walmart.

When the cops tried to arrest him he resisted, and ended up trying to smash a window in their police car with his head.  That cut open his head, and when the blood trickled into his mouth, he spat it at the officers.

He was arrested for aggravated assault, drug possession, and making terroristic threats.  Apparently, because all that other stuff is so much more severe, they decided NOT to charge him with indecent exposure.
